MORC to Host Planning a More Secure Future Seminar
MORC is pleased to announce it will be hosting its first Navigating the System seminar of the year on Friday, January 20th from 10 a.m. to Noon at its Auburn Hills office at 1270 Doris Road in Auburn Hills. The seminar, entitled Planning a More Secure Future will help individuals gain an overview of various benefit programs such as SSI, SSDI, Medicaid and Medicare, understand how work status affects benefits programs; and offer information about estate planning, wills, trusts and how to best provide for those you love after death.
The guest speaker is Tom Kenziorski. Mr. Kendziorski has over 29 years of experience as an attorney, lecturer, author and administrator. He has authored 26 issues of the Arc Michigan’s Annual Income Tax Guide and the revised 4th edition of “Planning a More Secure Future,” a booklet on wills, trusts, estate planning and guardianship. He has served as the Executive Director of The Arc of Oakland County since 1992.
Registration is kindly requested but not required. To register, please call 248-276-8145 and leave a message. Light refreshments will be served.
